I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

Beyond 5 star service every time I go in. Their entire staff is amazing. I can't point out one specific individual because they are all great. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. I received a top service from one of the employees who guided me on how to save money by printing a document through the printer all by myself instead of paying more through the front-desk employees who would charge much more! What a way to show big caring for customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Got so disappointed. I was here to pick up my mails. They gave me a 5-dollar coupon. However, one of the items was charged 6 dollars more than the price on the tag. Totally a scam.

The floor staff who weren't assisting other customers pushed me to staff who were clearly assisting other customers. Cashier was too busy playing with her cellphone and seemed offended when I tried getting her attention. I couldnt get a yes or no answer when i asked for a bag either.Staff need to be more engaging.

Consultants who stand in groups and do not approach, there is no interest in work and sales. My friend and I stood there for 10 minutes, they saw us, but no one came up. We decided to go to the consultant, said that we were not from this product and would call ours, no one came, we waited another 10-15 minutes and went to the consultant again.You know, if I hadn't searched for the product I wanted, I wouldn't have bought anything in this store.I would have laughed if there were a lot of customers, but there were only a few.Before that, I visited Best Buy in another neighbourhood, and if everything there was above 10, then here it was definitely 2.

Dollar tree is a fantastic store that sells pretty much everything except for produce. You can buy canned goods, bread, kitchenware, cleaning products, toys, craft supplies, party balloons and a huge variety of other products. The best part is that EVERYTHING in the store is only $1.25 each!!!

If you see something on sale on their website the staff hide them til it's over try to sell you their store brand items instead at regular price they play dumb about it too
